This approach combines somatic movements (muscular re-education) releasing strain patterns with traditional exercise to increase fitness status. Exercise can be functional and fun.

Biography
Ginny has over thirty years of experience working in the field of health and wellness. She has run wellness programs in Vermont and South Carolina and is very well known in this area with regards to yoga and Somatics (a specific form of movement re-education). Ginny holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher and a licensed massage therapist. Her overall goal is to help each person reach and achieve their individual movement potential.
