and healthiest life possible.

Biography
Ginny has over thirty years of experience working in the field
of health and wellness. She has run wellness programs in Vermont
and South Carolina and is very well known in this area with
regards to yoga and Somatics (a specific form of movement
re-education). Ginny holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology
and is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher and a licensed massage
therapist. Her overall goal is to help each person reach and
achieve their individual movement potential.

Relax Your shoulders and Neck. Rejuvenate that
hard to relax area with somatic movements. This is a great
Cd if you work at the computer as it relaxes the wrists.
You Kneed This. A nice CD to align the ankles,
knees, and hips, and strengthen the knees. Re-education of
ankles and hips is important for knee rebalancing.
Back on Track. Release habitual tension in your
back and strengthen core muscles. Somatic movements can help
achieve a pain free back.
